"On arrival the welcome was warm. All the staff were efficient, attentive, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with complimentary water and plenty of space. There was a patio with chairs and a table and the most wonderful views of the mountains - this was not used much due to the snow! The restaurant provided us with exceptional breakfasts - both hot and cold options, fruit, nuts, yoghurts, meats, the most amazing scrambled eggs, fresh honeycomb, juices...

"We loved our stay here! Great location and drivable to various Dolomites hikes and sights. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We got engaged during our stay and the staff treated us to a complimentary bottle of prosecco! The sauna and spa facilities were also a treat to use after our long hikes. Breakfast was also fabulous with lots of variety, quality coffee and made to order egg dishes. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Orso Grigio!"

Breakfast was included and quite generous with the staff making fresh eggs to your preference as well as a variety of buffet options. View around the property were gorgeous all around. The property also had 7 saunas and 2 pools which were spectacular after long hikes. "

"Tutto perfetto .. unica pecca la strada che dalla statale porta alla struttura se nevica non è facile da percorrere non essendo pulita.. noi ci siamo risvegliati la mattina con la stra completamente innevata..e ripartire non è stato assolutamente semplice"

"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. They just helped us: - check in - sit down - have a great time - have a fantastic dinner - get to bed on time I don't know how many times I was offered a water or an extra blanket or an extra drink or anything that I wanted. "Lovely authentic Tyrolean hotel . Rooms are large and newly renovated. Breakfast is a decent continental selection. A 3 course set dinner menu is available each night though we didn’t try it. The village is beautiful. We didn’t have a car but the bus and train network to neighbouring villages was pretty good and straightforward plus you get a free transport pass with the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk. All the shops are very close...
