Leider waren 2 der 3 Aufzüge defekt, die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen und die Rooftop-Bar war schon um 23:00 Uhr geschlossen, obwohl sie laut Aushang bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Das Frühstück war gut, aber für den Preis zu wenig Auswahl."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place. "Clean modern room with a small fan and soap / shower gel supplied. Unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room although there was a lounge downstairs with an honesty box. I just needed a cup so I’m not sure if the tea or coffee was charged for. It was supposed to be unmanned but the staff were there and helped me check in and a missing remote. The remote didn’t help much though a so the signal for the tv was bad. I had my iPad and connected to the free internet no problem. All in all...
