"We loved our stay in this beautiful B&B. The location was perfect for exploring Philadelphia. The area is beautiful and very walkable. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely continental buffet with plenty of variety. We had only one small nitpick when our television did not work, but that did not detract from our stay. We highly recommend La Reserve."

"The property and the staff were excellent and wonderful. We know it's a private club but so glad you rent rooms to non members. We loved it. Hope to visit at a later date. The one negative to me was some trouble using the shower. My wifey had no problem. Top shelf facility🙂😌"

"The staff is top-notch! Very accommodating and quick check-in with a very late check-in and driving for hours visiting colleges with my niece! Love the area! Very safe and many food options and very close to the downtown historic area. Walkable with a 10-year-old and my 70 year old mother!"

"The shade doesn’t come all the way down, light still gets through at the bottom. And maybe warn guests in the rooms facing the parking lot that trash gets picked up at 3am. And staff is a little loud going in and out of the staff only elevator in the middle of the night"

"Great location near Rittenhouse Square and shopping. Easy to get to major sights. Room was a good size with a large TV that you could cast to. Really liked the free coffee and tea and water. You have to take an elevator to the lobby then a separate elevator to the rooms."

"The location is outstanding, right on Rittenhouse Square. The staff is incredibly helpful and super nice. Doorman will hand you an umbrella on your way out the door if it’s raining and without asking, ask where you are going and try to direct you the most efficient way - lot of traffic and road closures in the city. Attached restaurant, which is nice, but walkable to a million other places too. Again, location really can’t be beat. It’s nice to have more space than a just a bedroom with a...

"Noisy Room! The heater or ac kept making loud banging noises waking us up all night! Front desk is kinda useless. Room overall is nice. The pullout sofa couch was dirty crumbs and definitely not clean."
