"Location is great, close to tram, restaurants and shops. Reception staff were excellent and their service was great! The room and amenities were below average. There was a lack of space to walk around the beds. Our balcony on level 2 wasn't very inviting either. On the whole the accommodation and furnishings were not a 4 star rating."

"Great location and amenities for a family. The kids loved the option of pools, playground and water slide. This area of the hotel had a lovely resort feel. However, the room itself was poor and very run down. This was our second room as the first was not only run down but had that ‘nursing home’ scent so we asked to change. While the new room was still rundown, there was no smell. A shame because the beds were comfortable and balcony had a view of the coast."

"Amazing stay. We loved every day of our stay at Mantra in Coolangatta. The views are fantastic and the unit was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a washing machine and dryer. Very close to all shops, restaurants, entertainment. Parking was easy. Bed was very clean and very comfortable. We are really looking forward to staying here again."
