They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

experiencia desagradavel

O pessoal da recepção estava bem perdido e não são muito receptivos. O apartamento, assim como o prédio, estão abandonados de manutenções. O modelo do ar condicionado é muito antigo, com grelhas de saída de ar e, portanto muito barulhento e difícil de regular. Tem 2 aparelhos de telefone,” no quarto, mas nenhum funciona. Pra pedir comida ou o carro, vc tem que descer até a recepção. Não tem room Service. Mesa de estudos com tomadas que não funcionam. A cama é bem baixa, mas é confortável. A ducha é horrível e difícil de regular a temperatura, tive que tomar banho segurando o chuveirinho. Única coisa que vale a pena é o café da manhã.

Quarto pequeno mas bem aconchegante e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Só achei a recepcionista quee atendeu logo na entrada, um pouco mal educada.
