They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

La propiedad está casi en el centro de la ciudad y tiene un desayuno super bien completo, además del servicio de parqueo de autos gratis. La habitación no estaba tan buena pero tenía algo de confort , si un poco vieja pero bueno para descansar estaba bien . La vista muy buena en el piso 18. El personal muy amable y atento. Solo necesitamos una piscina , áreas de juego y un spa. Mejorar un poco las condiciones del local y será el hotel ideal

Quarto antigo. Paredes sujas, secador de cabelo não funcionava. Privada entupida. Não há reforma no hotel, há muito tempo. A equipe foi muito atenciosa, porém o hotel está muito decadente.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Fronhas e lençóis com odores. Tinha uma barata morta no carpet. Maçaneta da porta estava estragada. O ar condicionado muito antigo, fazia mais barulho que motor a combustão, e nem tinha a opção de abrir a janela, já que são lacradas. O hotel em si parece estar falindo, nos elevadores espelhos estão quebrados, entre outros pequenos sinais de abandono. E o preço da diária é o de um hotel 4 estrelas. Não voltarei a me hospedar lá.

Os atendentes super prestativos, mas as botoeiras do painel dos elevadores tanto na cabine como nos andares super sujos, o salão do café da manhã com muitas mais muitas mesmo, teias de aranhas nos vidros mais altos acima da vidraça que dá vista para a rua.

O hotel não é tão novinho. Mas bem limpo. Todos kits de cama com cheiro de lavado recente. E um cheirinho bem gostoso. Por mais que seja carpete, não tinha cheiro forte e não atacou a rinite. Café de qualidade e suco de laranja natural. Não entendi as reclamações no Google. Não procede. Recomendo.

Limpeza bastante ruim, comi um lanche no primeiro dia, não vi uma batata que caiu no chão. Ao voltar para o hotel percebi a batata no chão, no segundo dia (após limpeza do quarto), resolvi deixa-la ali para avaliar se tinha sido algo pontual. Lá ela ficou até o ultimo dia (4 diarias), quando joguei fora antes de ir embora.

Poderia ter sido melhor a estada

O ponto forte do hotel é sua localização e o café da manhã. As recepcionistas na tem empatia com os hóspedes e devem passsar por reciclagem urgente para aprender a lidar com os mesmos. Nas áreas comuns do hotel não há ar-condicionado e as janelas permanecem fechadas.
