"Truly a gem of a place to stay . We had wedding reception to attend at the stag so booked two days . The management and staff were so professional which put them up with five star status. "We stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). "An absolutely wonderful hotel for a couple mini break. Stunning contemporary interiors and dreamy comfortable bed. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious. The bacon was particularly worth trying - clearly care about the quality of food they are serving. Staff were professional and polite and we would never have guessed they were only open for a week. Well done Ragged Robin team you are doing a great job. "

"1 night business stay. Is also an events centre so a few different groups / companies there for training etc. Because of this, I was only offered meal service in bar which was fine and food was very good. No draft lagers on offer but the bottled options were good. Used the pool and all in all a very pleasant stay. Breakfast- plenty of offerings. Will definitely return when next in area and can recommend. "

"Lovely pub and hotel. We walked here from the train station and didn't realise it would take that long. It took about 20/25 minutes to get to the city centre from the hotel. The rooms are lovely and the shower was great. The room sies get hot at night but there was a fan in the room. I would stay again but would cab it to and from."

"This was a stay in a lovely castle! There are ruins on the property but it adds to the charm. The grounds are maintained beautifully, our room was gorgeous, comfortable and well appointed. The staff could not be more professional, thoughtful and helpful. We had a lovely dinner and delicious breakfast in the castle’s hall. This stay has been on my bucket list for many years and Amberley castle fulfilled it perfectly!"
