"We enjoyed staying at Copperstone Resort. Our unit was very clean and well laid out. We have a little dog, so require a pet friendly place and we had an end unit with easy access to the outside area. Like that there’s a stream and walking path right behind. Would definitely recommend"

"Sadly the room wasn’t cleaned properly, the worst experience was pulling the sheets down and seeing a lot of human hair, I was exhausted, slept in my clothes, on top of the covers, took pictures and informed the front office staff in the morning. Complaint was forwarded to the front office manager who called me and left a voicemail with his apology. No further action or compensation has happened yet. I will be sending my complaint to Coast Hotels upper manager as the uncleanliness was...

"The fridge was not plugged in and left a puddle of water to clean up. The tub was a huge step. Not good for short people. The pool was closed since January but did not say so on the website when we booked. "
