"Every single person that worked there was friendly and genuine. We were there for 2 days and enjoyed everything about our stay. Matt and Ian wanted to talk to me everytime I saw them. They just wanted to know how our day was going not just how we liked the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Different waffles and omelets each day made my kids happy. Plenty of choices and the dining area just looked modern and very comfortable to relax in. The pool area was clean and they didn’t run out...

"No real breakfast, property was not clean or well maintained. Hair in the bathroom, food under night stand, crayon drawing on the walls, bathroom door was water damage and in disrepair. Won’t stay again "

"The only good thing about the hotel, was the room was clean. HOWEVER, they had no hair dryers. They were renovating so the elevator and halls were dusty and dirty. And no one spoke clear English. Very disappointing. "

"The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. "

"My reserved room that was paid for in full two weeks prior was given to the homeless. The rude staff informed me that it is first come first serve. I had to call the police on the girl at the front desk, and the police said the Hotel is a DHS hotel for the homeless. At 11:30pm all I wanted was to sleep, but instead I spent till 2:00 am to find another Hotel to stay at. This place cannot be trusted. "

"No shampoo or conditioner. Room was dirty. No maid service for visits of less than three days. Smell of pot was pervasive throughout the hotel. Peeling bathtub. Only one chair in room. Very loud all night. No rules enforced. Staff was delightful. "

"The place is very run down. Garbage overflowing in receptacles outside and garbage littered the grass. The attendant was nice. But the room was just gross. Couldn't even relax or even sleep in there. The stench of cigarettes was down right nauseating. Our eyes and noses were stinging. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty with holes in them and makeup on the cases. Smelled really bad. Floor was dirty. TV wasn't even plugged in and they left half the lights on in there which felt odd.
