"Very nice hotel located in the inner city of Vienna, just a couple of blocks from St. Stephen Cathedral. Other tourist attractions such as Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School, Rathaus, Vilksgarten, etc. are all easily walkable from the hotel. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with numerous options and there are many dining options ranging from wurstel stands to cafes to Michelin starred restaurants within a few blocks. There is also a lot of shopping options within this area ranging from souvenir shops to chocolatiers such as Lindt’s and higher end stores such as Swarovski. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The breakfast was good. And the early service is great if you need to leave early. Maybe more fruit. But really, it was really good, and the breakfast is still 11h am, which is good!"

"The room was not ready at check in. The customer service member and manager were professional and informative. The room was not as clean as I would prefer. We could hear a few of the families staying on the same floor as us."

"Convenient super market access as is in same building. Slightly difficult to find reception at first as elevators require room key to use. Best route is to enter into the building where the tall sign is that mentions the hotel and speak to reception just inside door."

"First night we were put in an inadequate room not as shown in picture - small with bed against wall and curtains not fitting. When we complained we had to wait to second night to be put in proper room which was then good"

"I enjoyed the area right on the doorstep of the Palace. Staff were so helpful and allowed me to che lck in early after a difficult flight. 6 minutes from the public transit that takes you downtown and out to rhe country side."

"They should offer a bottle of water or two of 500ml. It cost them nothing. I arrived late and needed water but could not find some in the room late night. "

"The staff are friendly. Clean room and have a billard room and game room where you can you 24/7. The place is near on public transport connect to the city and near to the airports. Room is air conditioned which is very nice on summer.Highly recommended "
