"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

"It was very central, great location directly above the Night Markets. Beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable, modern and clean apartment. The only issue for us what that we were advised the smoke alarms are very sensitive so we had to shut the bathroom door at all times and anytime we cooked or boiled something in the kitchen we had to make sure we opened all the windows to air out all the steam. We also noticed the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. We didn’t get room service for 5...

"It was clean. But the lights in the compound were bright and stayed on all night. The curtain did not close that out. There was no bedside light, only one fluoro, not operable from bed. No USB plug for charging. It was noisy from traffic, and with drunk people outside the compound but right at the back of my room. They were shouting among themselves until about 11, and then again from 6 am on.
There was a code to the compound, but a hole in the plexiglass below, allowing access to the innner...
