"Absolutely brilliant experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. A bit slow when ordering room service a few times we had to phone twice as nothing arrived and it took over 1 hour when it did. The food for a 5 star hotel isn’t the best and not worth the prices charged for it. Very adverage food. "

First impressions are important and the member of staff at reception was welcoming and super efficient..she sorted out dinner for us and went over and above to ensure a great stay. "We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time."

"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that.
