"Valentina at the front desk was fantastic. She was super welcoming, gave us updates on weather and went above and beyond on answering questions. I had a question earlier in the morning that she did not know the answer to. Most people would have just let it go. Valentina got the answer for me later that morning and sent it to me via Whats App!
The hotel serves breakfast and dinner, but not lunch. That was ok since we were out in the middle of the day.
My only complaint was the wi-fi. It...

"Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett gebucht. Die Superior Zimmer sind in einem separaten Gebaeude untergebracht und haben einen super Blick auf den Lago Grey und die Berge. Meine Empfehlung, um die tolle Lage des Hotels rundum geniessen zu koennen. Die Sauberkeit ist top, sehr gute Dusche."
