"The property is very well maintained and in a quiet area overlooking the river. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park is just one mile away. Will definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed in the two bedroom Aloha cabin. We parked right next to our cabin and had easy access (just a couple of steps) up to our front screened in porch. The porch swing was so comfortable and overlooked the running river right outside. Once inside the dining room table with two bench seats provided adequate space for us to eat and play games. The kitchen provided a small door style fridge/freezer which was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed (microwave, stove, coffee maker, coffee pod maker, toaster, oven, knives, utensils, cups, and plates). There were also paper towels, soap, and a kitchen towel. The kitchen stove also had a small hood that we used the light on as a nightlight. The living room area was a good size with a couch, a loveseat, a coffee table with coasters, a tv, and some games. There is also a good size closet with hangers, a fan, extra pillows, and blankets. Our suitcases fit in the closet even with our clothes hanging up and our shoes out. The bedrooms were both a decent size with a queen bed, a nightstand, a dresser, and a mirror. There was also an extension cord in each room for our phone chargers to plug into. This cabin had everything we needed. We loved listening to and looking at the river. It was beautiful and peaceful. I would love to stay here again."

"Our stay was so enjoyable at River Ridge Cottages. Our cabin was beautiful and in good shape. We didn't have any trouble finding it and the property had a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. Check in was a breeze and we were close to town as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. I also appreciate the affordability for the good quality cabin we were given. I highly recommend River Ridge Cottages. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"The location was awesome right next to the national park. We had a babbling Brook behind the cabin. There was a hot tub that was great for morning coffee or an evening beverage. The room was very clean very nice and I highly recommend recommended to anyone who would like to stay."

"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the day, especially if you need to go back to the hotel for something. I’m sorry but I will not be returning, mainly because they seem like they just don’t care and overcharge. Not worth it, specially if you have kids."
