"Incredibly clean room and wonderful stay! We were expecting the slow wifi and limited cell phone signal which was actually nice to keep us focused on connecting with nature. The staff were so helpful and kind and it was a great location close to the national park but very peaceful."

"Stay was comfortable enough; coffee pot had not been cleaned, but room was otherwise clean and the towels are nice and plush. There was virtually no room in the bathroom for toiletries...and very little counter space in the kitchenette. The room was very warm at night for some reason. Bed comfort not great, but OK. No elevators if your room is on the second floor."

"Very clean and nicely decorated room. I got sick just as we arrived, so parking right outside the door was great. We had a 2 Queen rooms. It was comfortable, we slept great, and enjoyed picking up continental breakfast before heading out. Note, this is not the walkable area of Estes Park, but is easy to get to and from RMNP. My only suggestion is for better lighting in the room. Sink is outside of bathroom. Vanity lights were for aesthetics, and did not help with mirror tasks like makeup,...

"I was quite upset and very disappointed in the fact that I specifically booked a wheelchair accessible room only to be given a room that was on the second floor that had no elevator and had to go up and downstairs, and the room was not wheelchair accessible in the fact that the bathroom could never accommodate a wheelchair so I was quite upset as my husband wasn’t able to stay with us"

"It’s a very pretty hotel located at a very convenient spot. It’s at the end of main downtown road which has all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast and parking included."

"This resort has a great location, with a clear view of mountains in the Park and a short drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance an to downtown Estes Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there several times over the years and hope to stay there again in the future."

"We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"

"I should have asked if there was a wedding taking place the night I reserved. We were in a remodeled room on the second floor in the lodge and the band was so loud and it was like a thumping banging every 3 seconds (drum beat). This went on until after 10:30 at night and we had to be up for a 5:00 AM RMNP reservation. Then around 11 PM the people upstairs you could hear every time they walked across their room and they were loud. I was unable to fall asleep until midnight and I was in bed at...
