"I was with my group after a late night out. We bought some burgers and ate them in the foyer. The manager told us that we were not allowed to do this/ There is never any food available late at night. We had seen other guests eating there late at night but they were not told to do so. If they don't want us to eat there, there should have been a sign stating that fact.."

"Fantastic location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Beach is right in front of the hotel and is packed but clean. Check in and check out were super fast and easy. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms are dated, but clean. The food was mediocre at best, I would recommend eating breakfast on the resort and having dinner off resort."

"This hotel was so helpful, my daughter and her friend (both18yrs) arrived in Lloret at 11pm at night to find their hotel was all locked up for the night and had no where to stay. I phoned the alexis (from the uk) and the receptionist was extremely helpful and told me to tell my daughter to come to the hotel and wait in the reception and for me to book online and she would sort the rest out from her side which was such a relief as I felt helpless so far away .
