Posizione ottimale, la struttura è direttamente sul mare (con possibilità di usufruire sia della piscina che della spiaggia attrezzata al costo di 5€/giorno/persona se si è in formula B&B). Personale cordiale e gentile, stanze pulite anche se non ancora del tutto ristrutturate in alcuni dettagli, comunque consigliatissimo.

La sua forza... il suo staff!!🔝

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 giorni...sono stati 4 giorni meravigliosi, abbiamo chiesto una settimana omaggio ma ci hanno detto che non era possibile 😅.. Abbiamo trovato persone speciali..Giulio, il barista più simpatico e accogliente che si può incontrare... da noi del gruppo é stato soprannominato "il sindaco di Gioiosa Marea"!! Carlotta, la barista del Lido, bellissima e dolcissima ragazza... per il prossimo anno proponiamo di farle avere un frigo più grande!! Le stupende ragazze della reception, Chiara e le sue colleghe, sorridenti e sempre disponibili... I ragazzi dell'animazione, bravissimi tutti, qualche voto in più per Sofia, una forza della natura!! Super attiva e coinvolgente...Per noi da promuovere a capo staff 😁... E per Mike che per noi "ha vinto" con il balletto di apertura serata 😆!! La struttura è un po’ vecchia e andrebbe ristrutturata...anche se dopo tutta l’ospitalità che abbiamo trovato è diventato un dettaglio che può passare in secondo piano... quasi non ci si fa più caso. La cucina però é assolutamente da cambiare , fa perdere troppi punti alla struttura!! Il prossimo anno ci ritorneremo ma solo se il cuoco sarà cambiato 😅😂 Un bacio a tutti da Roberta Gaetano Giuseppe e Donato

Vent'anni dopo

Sono un cliente di vecchissima data delle precedenti gestioni dell'hotel. Non venivo da piú o meno vent'anni, ho trovato lo stesso meraviglioso posto (il tramonto é qualcosa da raccontare) e un servizio eccellente, bravi e piacevoli i ragazzi dello staff. Ottima l'idea di includere i drink nel prezzo di 5 euro del resort (che include uso della piscina e delle jacuzzi), altrimenti sarebbe stato un po' sgradevole dover pagare extra per usare i servizi dell'hotel. Note negative: decisamente la cena, che invece ricordavo essere il pezzo forte, mi é dispiaciuto non aver ritrovato le prelibatezze che ricordavo. Inoltre la Jacuzzi ad un certo punto del pomeriggio si é riempita di sozzura e saponata (non si sa bene perché) e a nessuno sembrava importare nonostante diversi clienti domandassero e cercassero di capire. Peccato. Poi note strettamente personali: preferivo la vecchia, bellissima terrazza e la sala tv col pianoforte dove si faceva (sempre vent'anni fa) il gioco caffé e si prendeva l'aperitivo e si giocava a biliardino (queste ultime due attivitá sono state spostate all'ingresso, che peró é a vista montagna, molto meno bello), invece della sala anonima che ne é stata ricavata, inoltre é stato chiuso l'accesso all'altro lato dell'hotel (sempre per far posto alla nuova sala, che nel giorno che abbiamo passato é rimasta inutilizzata), ma questa é una nota mia personale per i proprietari, che non va nulla a togliere alla comunque bellissima giornata che abbiamo passato.

spettacolare hotel con veduta fantastica

HOTEL FANTASTICO con veduta spettacolare sul golfo e sulle isole eolie molto grande la struttura con animazione e per il maltempo non ho potuto godere della piscina. Camera ampia solo il bagno era preciso come misure. Ottimo il frigo in camera e il climatizzatore. Colazione fantastica ampia e gustosa ricca di tutto dal dolce al salato e al bar abbiamo preso un buon caffè. Spero di tornarci con un buon tempo per godermi la piscina

The overall experience was dissapointing. Rooms need a refreshment, toilet flush was not working and when mention it all I got was an 'okay'. Breakfast really basic, payment chaotic. View from the terrace is beautiful!
