The only issue we had was with custodial staff, we saw them mocking us after asking for new towels when they came to clean our room. "No AC. We did have a balcony. Had to leave all the windows open. The room was stuffy and the bed uncomfortable. I do like visiting Europe to see the sights. But it feels like I am living in 1950,s America as a kid. No AC, small room, no ice, noise outside, windows open. Wake up Europe its the 21st century."
