Staff was very friendly. Check in was contactless and easy, with clear instructions. Wish all are accommodations were as great as this one. Walkable to the Citadel, shops, restaurants. George also created a handout with recommendations for other local shops/restaurants that are worth visiting. Would definitely book...

"We had such a lovely stay here. The location is perfect, right in the city centre with very easy access to everything. We also really appreciated the hotel’s focus on sustainability. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the management was excellent. Parking is quite limited, so reservations are strongly advised, but there are plenty of nearby multi-storey car parks, which made it convenient"

"Personnel courtois. Petit-déjeuner très complet avec un large choix, notamment de sucré. Le restaurant est variable selon les jours, mais certains jours sont excellents. La chambre est propre, sauf les alèses qui étaient très sales et présence de moisissures dans la douche. Les matelas du lit double sont séparés et inconfortables. Pas de pantoufles ds les chambres"

"I was a single traveller on business. My room was small but enough for one person. Everything was satisfactory "

"Upon arrival the room wasn’t prepared but was remedied quickly. The room was spacious and included a dining table and chairs. Bed was ok, not super comfortable. Cleaning was ok, I noticed things that were missed. There were a few coffee pods and tea. It had a bathtub which was great. Location was excellent, mall and train station right across the street. A buffet breakfast was available but we didn’t partake. Overall it was ok."

"Rude staff + bedbugs + bad amenities + No AC The location is the only positive. However, the service is terrible and the receptionist with glasses is particularly unhelpful. Her default response to anything is “no” “fully booked” or “not possible”. For example, she initially said there was no parking but then when a colleague gave us a space we discovered there were loads available. The internal design is strange too. We weren’t given any introduction so we had to search for the garage and...
