"Wonderful little resort with such kind and helpful staff. Well worth the price especially with breakfast included. The sunset views and atmosphere were great. We wish we stayed longer than two nights especially since it took a while to get to on the public ferry! The only thing to note is that it is about a 30 minute walk from the ferry port so most people use horse and cart to get there."

"A gorgeous resort in an amazing location. We stayed six nights in a pool villa and loved everything! Three beautiful pools with always enough pool lounges, delicious food at all the restaurants and wonderful caring staff. Happy hour watching the sun set was a highlight and I want to thank Diana for her very relaxing massage and both Customer Experience Managers who made sure we were well looked after. We enjoyed watching the surfers out front and walking along the lovely quiet beach and the lush gardens surrounding the resort. We had a great time and would love to return ."

"Bask is an incredible undertaking of an international high end hotel build on a tiny island. The design and attention to detail is amazing and the food and drinks on offer are brilliant. The tempura prawns, sushi and lobster ravioli deserve special mention and their smoked negroni is the best Iโve had. The setting provides a great atmosphere for afternoon cocktails and chatting to other guests at the swim up bar. For the area it comes at a price, but for international travellers it offers reasonable value. Service is a tale of two halves. All the staff are friendly and greet you by name, but some of the small details are missed. When we checked in to our cabin with a pool, we were told we could order breakfast etc to our room, but there wasnโt a menu in the room. When I went to reception to ask for a menu, I was passed to 4 different people and it felt a bit unnecessary. We had a private terrace and pool, but no comfy seating or loungers, so couldnโt really use our private space for what we wanted. I asked if we could get some. Again, it involved being passed to 3 people and the duty manager coming to our table during dinner to say โhi, what's the problemโ, without greeting us or introducing himself, which seemed odd. They did however accommodate our request, but we woke to find noise from building work next door anyway. These niggles didnโt dampen a brilliant stay and I only mention them because it was at odds with an otherwise amazing experience."

"We were greeted with utmost warmth and professionalism. They catered to our every need and we were very comfortable at all times. Restaurant staff, especially โSupโ were a delight every time we sat down for a meal or snack. The food was fresh, delicious no matter what cuisine chosen on menu. We will be back and I will be telling all my Australian friends about this little gem in Gili Meno. "
