"Decent room. Though the room had the smell of a wet dog when we initially walked in. We opened the patio doors to air it out for few hrs after that it seemed fine. "

"Staff was very helpful. Room was fine. Beds comfortable. The heaters were turned off in the room when we checked in and it took 2 hours to reach room temperature. The lighting in the room was horrible bright white LED. Very hard on the eyes and made it impossible to relax. "

"Property is quite warn, seemingly long overdue for a face lift. Ie: laminate was peeling off the doors. Priced well over its value. Confusing layout makes it difficult to get around; would not be very friendly if you have accessibility issues. "

"Issues with filter system in the heater brought to their attention - nothing was done no discount - just thanks for bringing to our attention - we will be travelling down more for medical and need to stay there but won’t if something doesn’t change or if someone doesn’t contact us "

"Barrie Ontario is a snow town, and that's fine, but when you have a hotel in this town and you get alot of snow, then you should remove it...this hotel had massive snow piles that took up a 1/4 of their parking, their wasn't enough room for paying customers to park, they had to park in neighbouring companies and hope they didn't get a ticket."
