"The staff were very courteous and helpful. When I was not happy with the original room they put us in (not what I had booked online with a photo of the room), they immediately put me in the proper room which was spacious for 4 people. It was conveniently located in Montmartre which was perfect for Bakeries, restaurants, and view points. I enjoyed my stay. "

"Très bon emplacement, nous devions aller en Allemagne tôt le matin à la Gare de l'Est. Chambre propre et cozy, belle vue. Check-in chaleureux et professionnel. Petite cuisine à disposition au sous-sol mais pas utilisée. Café/bar/boulangerie/restaurant à proximité de l'hôtel. Seul bémol est le bruit des portes quand on dort."
