"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, and modern. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The room felt bright and welcoming, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is also very convenient. There are easy stores and shops near the property, so it was simple to get food, snacks, or anything I needed without going far. That made everything much more comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was fresh and well organized with a good variety of options. It was a nice way to start the morning. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, everything was excellent -clean renovated rooms, good breakfast, great location, and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again."

"Property was in excellent shape as best La Quinta that I have stayed at. Breakfast was good with large selection of food. Only issue was that it was a little noisy in the hallway with college kids."

"This is one of the last best Country Inn & Suites locations I have stayed at. The staff at all of them are still great, but the property condition at the Champaign location reminds me of why I used to regularly book this company. Bloomingtons locations cheaped out on their renovations, and I heard Springfield’s location is too pricey for what it is, along with a couple of them in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota. This one stands out in a better way, much better for the price I paid."

"The whole property was really clean! I was really impressed with the staff, especially the cleaning crew. The room was great! It even had great water pressure in the shower. I was really impressed with the equipment in the gym. Breakfast had some great options and I really appreciated the Nespresso machine available during breakfast. "

"Terrible experience "

"This was the worst experience at Best Western I ever had. The room smelled like body odor and when I asked the receptionist Kess Blatter to come in and check, she agreed that it smells like body odor. She also mentioned that an old man “a regular” stayed in that room the night before. She said she couldn’t give me another room unless I pay $80 more. I asked her to have the room cleaned again while I was gone. After my return the room still smelled the same even though she claimed she cleaned it. Since I was staying 2 nights I asked for one night refund and Lysol. She said no to the refund and brought me an empty bottle of Lysol. I went to Walgreens and bought my own Lysol so I can breathe in the room. I asked for manager ( Manisha Patel ) and was told that she is managing 3 hotels and she was unable to talk. I asked to talk to the manager after 10 pm I was told that she was sleeping and couldn’t talk to me. I am still waiting for the manager to call. I contacted Expedia the following morning and the representative Daniela Kris called the hotel. The hotel lied about the whole situation and told Daniela that I asked for an upgrade to a room with jacuzzi and there for they couldn’t do anything for me. I wish customer service would come back once again. I didn’t think I asked anything that should’ve happened in the first place. Clean and fresh room. Booking with third party will get you maybe the best price but also the worst room. I packed and left. "

It's locked, ckerk needs to give you a card thru a little window in order to open the door just to come in and check-in. He or she may leave you standing there for a minute or two as well. Just seemed an odd way to greet guests to me. "
