We arrived early to the hotel and the staff graciously let us check in early! They also upgraded our room! The room was wonderful, perfectly cleaned. The whole entire place smelt clean and fresh. The workers were very kind and attentive. Nothing but great things to say! Very conveniently located. The bathroom HAD HEATING LAMPS!!! The most wonderful thing I have ever seen! Loved this place!

Well, This property is changing names and probably owners. It looks like it is starting to get renovated. The front desk was very cordial and helpful. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The hallways at night are pretty dark. The furniture in the room was old and worn, but the bathroom seemed up to date. The shower was nice and warm. I think once it gets finished it will be a great place to stay for a reasonable price. It’s decent now but I have high hopes for it.

One of the largest indoor pools you'll find at any hotel in this price range and it was fun to connect to the bluetooth speaker in there as well. Great location, nice big rooms, good breakfast. Won't stay anywhere else anytime we come for a football or basketball game.

The rooms and hotel have a mildew like smell. Took forever to check in because they weren’t happy with people reserving through Expedia . The lady at the front desk was very rude. The breakfast isn’t what they claimed online .

Room did not have extra blanket or pillow for fold out sofa bed. We called main desk to request items and no one answered. We went to the main desk in person to request items & they said someone would bring them and no one ever brought the items. We had to sleep without a pillow. Sofa bed is very old & had thin mattress with metal bars underneath. Would not recommend this property.

I do not recommend this property. We were not given the room we reserved, when asked about a price adjustment they said no because it’s the busy season. We reserved a suite that could sleep 6, instead we got two queen standard room. The breakfast buffet was not very appetizing or tasty. We stayed for three nights and received no housekeeping. They didn’t even change our towels or empty our garbages. It was a very disappointing stay. I will not be back.

Currently undergoing refurbishment that, when completed, will make this a really nice hotel and great bargain. I would stay there again, but would recommend a better explanation from the front desk that the rooms - which are down a long corridor in what is essentially another building - would be more easily accessed by driving and parking near that building's door.
