"Breakfast was good - Rooms were clean. The stay was. quiet. Unfortunately there was a communication error from the booking, and even though we booked our room with a special request for a pet room, that request was overlooked or not seen and we were placed in a non pet room. Long story short - instead of being understanding or accommodating, the hotel charged us an astronomical cleaning fee - even though we left the room spotless. Moral of the story - Make sure if you have a pet, call the hotel...

"Walk-in shower and tub in our room. Large pillows. Comfortable beds. No breakfast; however, we were given voucher which could be used in the on-site pub/restaurant. Pub/restaurant/dining room attached to hotel a bit pricey though food excellent."

"Always quiet and courteous staff. I really appreciate the coffee being ready in the lobby by 6:30 AM without fail. I have stayed here three times and I will continue to frequent this location on my trip to Edmonton. The breakfast is above average and the selection for items is more than acceptable. Could use some fresher options. Fitness centre could use a few more items more dumbbells, maybe a couple of mats All in all a really good stay "

"This motel is in a VERY dangerous area of Edmonton!! We ended up leaving and booking else-where. DO NOT stay here of you have children.. I wouldn't have even stayed if my kids weren't with me. The parking lot and building was surrounded by obviously high/intoxicated groups of ppl. My 13 year old daughter was harassed walking from our car and there is no security- anyone can just walk in! There was also blood in the bathroom on the wall.. as soon as we saw the room we left, I expressed we did not...
