"I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever.
The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....

"The staff were fabulous, the rooms and amenities are cleanand the meals were fresh. They booked tours and transfers for us, we rented a moped from the retreat for the day, they're 10mins for Hoa Lu, our stay was very peaceful."

"Perfect location to visit all the tourist attractions in the area; I recommend hiring a bicycle from the homestay and cycling to each one, it is all relatively flat.
Lovely owners, amazing views of the mountains from the bedrooms. Property is kept clean. "

"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place.
The room was run down and smelt of excrement, probably because of the bathroom which is...

"This was my first homestay and I was not sure what to expect. The family really looked after me and made me feel right at home, I loved spending time here and found it a quick 5 minute walk to the Main Street of food places and cafes in the town. "
