We are so blessed and thankful to meet such a wonderful staff like Satya, Aris, Mede, Degus, Pande, Cynthia and among others who all were so attentive, helpful and friendly!! This is a real relaxation vacation for me and my hubby. The plunge pool, the hot stone tub and the sounds of nature from the balcony were quite a lovely relaxing experience. The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Situated approximately 2 hours north of Denpasar, it is well worth the trip.
The staff were super friendly, the rooms and amenities very clean and tidy.
A good spot to base yourself for sight seeing in Eastern Bali.
I recommend utilising tour bookings at the hotel, using a driver and guide. We had Desy, as our guide, who was very informative with a cheerful deposition.
Food options were very good with various options at the three restaurants.
There is an ATM across the road from the hotel with a couple of local eateries and a small convenience store.
The hotel arranged transport transfers for us, with no issue.
In all, we enjoyed our week here and will be back for a future stay.
