"Bathroom shower flooded the whole room as the drain was blocked. Called admin and for cleaning were charging. Told them it’s not our fault as drain is blocked. Did not charge me eventually. Also the cooling was not working at all. Called them with almost no improvement in cooling. The location is good near the station. But the fact that cleaning is only done once every 7 days and pretty bad air conditioner, would recommend other places."

"Our room was very large, modern, and clean. There’s a great elevator, so no stairs to climb. It’s on a quiet street with no noise at all. We had no need for a hotel restaurant, bar, gym, etc because we were out exploring Milan. If you really want those things, a traditional hotel is great. But if not, this is a much better alternative. The staff was great and we’ll definitely stay here again when in Milan."

"Our stay at Seety Spartaco Milan was unfortunately disappointing due to a serious issue with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC was clearly not working, and despite reporting it multiple times, we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally. The room was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and no proper immediate solution was provided. We even requested a fan, but eventually I had to walk to a nearby Carrefour and buy one myself just to make the room...
