"The staff were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly on arrival, no advice given on the hotel or city of Warsaw, didn’t offer any assistance or if we had any questions, they didn’t even bother to get up and tell us where the lift was (which wasn’t easy to find), room was spacious, very comfortable and clean, the tea was not stocked up though we had to ask for more, and the toilet roll quite cheap, expected more for the amount of money we paid per night."

"The balcony view was beautiful and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, the lack of A/C with the unseasonably warm weather was a deal breaker. However, the staff was very understanding and gracious and we were able to switch hotels with a full refund. Would still recommend."

The bed and pillows as so comfy I could stayed there instead of exploring the city. **one thing of note- the toilet was swuished between the shower and sink. I was leaning under the sink a bit and was touching it at all times. If you are larger just be aware. "

"You have to carry luggage a few blocks to the hotel. Then carry luggage 2 fls up stairs with no handrails. Check in and carry luggage up to rooms on 3 rd fl. No staff. The rooms are decorated with music stuff, including a table that has no leg room and can’t be used. No amenities, and no help from staff. Terrible start to my vacation. Terrible hotel. The location is good but don’t stay at this hotel."
