"First of all, the employees were so friendly and helpful. Manuela, in particular, who was our concierge, went above and beyond to make our trip special. She's very special. The bar/ restaurant was wonderful. The location is perfect for shopping, eating, and exploring old Quebec. The rooms are bright and comfortable."

"Great little hotel in the heart of Quebec City. Easy walking to anywhere. Lots of wonderful restaurants close by. Breakfast was nice and light, but tasty. Great coffee. Very nice that they had a water station to refill reusable water bottles. Room was small but fine for a short stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The place was lovely and perfect for our needs. It’s close to the Old City gate on Rue St Jean, so everything in Old Quebec was walking distance, and we were also able to easily venture outside the Old City on foot to other restaurants, a jazz bar, the Grand Theatre to see the orchestra, etc. The apartment itself had good heating and cooling (we had a couple hot days, and a couple of nights that got chilly, so had the opportunity to use both a/c and heat). Nice little kitchen but the...

"Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a bit small but room was quite comfortable. Excellent location for exploring Old Town Quebec City. "

"The property is conveniently located: walkable to Old Quebec if you can handle the uphill & downhill; less than 10 mins drive; close to hwy; grocery and eateries nearby; relatively safe despite of some harmless homeless folks few blocks away from the property. All in all, it's a good place to stay."

"Beautiful loft. Clean. Spacious. Awesome location. Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading."

"We enjoyed this apartment and found it clean and comfortable. We made use of the kitchenette and found that any of our food needs were met by local grocery stores within easy walking distance. It was a short trip to Old Quebec and easy to get in and out of the city. "

"Wonderful property. Very very clean. Staff is amazing and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered. Simply amazing. The TV options are very very limited though and no room service if those things matter to you. they did for me. Although there are many eating options within a block or two as the location is excellent. Right in the heart of old Quebec. This is a 9/10. Highly recommend "
