"Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in. We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us. "It was on the beach, room view was the sea,facilities were great within room and accommodated our request for walk in shower. The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. "Our group of 7 felt that the staff were super helpful; cheerful and obliging. The Manager was excellent and really helped us out on the day of departure when he very kindly drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. Would definitely go back. Loved the terrace area. We had large family room - perfect for 3 adults to share. Breakfast was individually cooked and care was taken in presentation. Thank you guys. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Greenhills for a week in June 2025. The short walk through the immaculate and beautiful gardens from the car park set the tone for our stay.
