"The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Provided directions to local restaurants and city highlights. Called taxis and exchanged for euros. Great breakfast. Great location as well so close to sites, the staff made the stay the best!"

"Our first impression when we arrived was, “Oh no, what did we do?” The hallway leading to the reception had a noticeable musty smell, and the stairs looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint. However, once we reached the reception area, our impression completely changed. Everything there was clean, well-maintained, and nicely painted. The young lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. She even gave us recommendations on things to do during the few days we were visiting Rome, which we really appreciated. The room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom was also very clean. Our only complaints would be the Wi-Fi and the mini fridge. The Wi-Fi signal did not reach the room very well, and once we moved away from the reception area, the connection became weak. The mini fridge also did not keep our drinks very cold. Overall, despite a somewhat disappointing first impression, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff."

We arrived very early and the staff was very helpful, providing a space to refresh and holding our bags until check in. The room was nice and comfortable, very clean and tidied daily by housekeeping. The rooftop bar was a perfect place for an aperitif and snack before heading out for the evening; the bartender was very nice and she made excellent drinks. The local market and square was lively and only 2 minutes away, and many top sights were only 5 to 15 minute walk away."
