"The room was very clean and functional. The breakfast was really good, and varied each day with added options. There were two separate rooms with many options, and free espresso and cappuccino as well! The restaurant is good for a quick bite with a nice discount. Every staff member was beyond helpful. They were able to coordinate a taxi to the airport for us, which made it so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect. Walk right out into the best of old town Bologna! I hope to come again...

"Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) The family room is upstairs from the other rooms, hence the wonderful view. Basic...
