"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They were very accomodating for check in and throughout our stay. Bus stops nearby as well as ferry line from Lezzeno. Overall 10/10, we would definetly stay here again:)"

"Rosa delle Alpi is an exquisite boutique hotel with large and spacious rooms and only 12 rooms on a very large natural oversized acreage with the most incredible staff. they also have the best chefs and incredible meals for dinner at below market pricing. when we arrived late at the Varenna train station in a pouring rain storm. One of the managers came personally to pick us up because no uber, no taxis. it’s about half hour trip to the Hotel. the property is exquisite with wood and stone...
