"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. "Beautiful hotel the staff excellent, free coffee machine in the lounge, spotlessly clean, good quality bathroom products perfect location to get from the airport bus, plenty of shops nearby, the train station was a short walk of 25 minutes on mostly flat streets . The only down side to me was having a room located near the stairwell it was very noisy when guests came in due to the tiled flooring and a window facing towards the stairwell"

"A couple of things…the pool and bar area was a posers paradise, it wasn’t where older people go to relax for an hour or so. We found a cockroach in our room (and trapped it under a glass and asked the cleaner to deal with it) The thing is, the room was clean and very well maintained and cannot imagine where it came from.
