The hotel is very thoughtfully decorated with art work and things and there is so much that is visually engaging. The room was spacious and comfortable and charming. Just a wonderful experience. "

"Great breakfasts. Very good minibar included in rate. Shower difficult to operate and would have preferred a walk in shower. Would prefer more counter space in bathroom. Bedding was very nice but our mattress sloped toward the edges and may need to be replaced."

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay at the property. The receptionist was very helpful, and addressed our questions and concerns throughout the stay. There are some areas that could be improved. The pillows were too soft and not very comfortable to sleep in. The mattress was on the harder side, which led to us not having the best sleep. All that's said, all the other amenities were top notch!"

"This is by far the best staff we’ve ever met. They pampered us during our stay, guide and befriended us as well. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of town.
