The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. "The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops."

"I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay."

"I honestly don’t know where to begin with this hotel. The moment we pulled up, I had a feeling I had made the wrong choice booking it. The front desk gentleman was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and he was by far the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly ended.
