"The hotel is clean, beautiful with a few minute walk to the basilica. Parking at the hotel was easy and spacious. The breakfast served was generous and delicious every day. "The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. Our room was recently renovated as were all the rooms I believe. The breakfast was good and included fresh croissants. The parking spots were nice and wide and well lit. Overall we had a great experience and would book there again. "

"No Internet and landline for days, the hotel gate was brocken and was blocked by heavy road blocks that costumers had to drag to get inside the hotel premises. Lots of non workings issues. Will not stay again. "

"The shower in my room was very tiny and there is no way of avoiding getting the bathroom floor wet. Probably why there's a drain in the bathroom floor. The night stand, shelves and suitcase stands look like someone built them from plain wood and put them in the room. No "real" furniture except for the very low beds. It'll do if you just need a place to sleep. However the complimentary breakfast was nice enough and they didn't throw you out before you were done eating. Staff were friendly and helpful. I suggest booking through Hotels.com for a better rate. The walk in rate is much more expensive which was unfortunate since we wanted to extend our stay. There is heat and a/c in the rooms. "
