"Wir waren mit unserem siebenjährigen Kind in diesem Hotel und sind sehr enttäuscht. Ein wesentlicher Grund für unsere Buchung waren der Pool- und Wellnessbereich. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch erfahren, dass das Indoor Pool und Sauna erst ab 16 Jahren zugänglich ist. Diese wichtige Information wurde uns vorab nicht kommuniziert. Gerade bei einer Reise mit Kind ist das ein entscheidendes Kriterium. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht gebucht. Für uns war das...

"Wij hebben echt een fijn verblijf gehad in dit keurige nette hotel. Omdat we op zondagmiddag aan zouden komen en het restaurant al gesloten zou zijn werd een overheerlijke jausen aangeboden (dat is nou denken in mogelijkheden) We werden bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen. De kamers zijn ruim en stijlvol ingericht. De fitness en sauna zijn prima uitgerust. Het ontbijt (bio) was voor ons uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Ook het naastgelegen restaurant heeft heerlijk kaart met bio-eten en bieren....

"Room and property were immaculately clean and looked brand new. Very modern. Sky bar was great for a cocktail. Front desk very nice. Short 10-15 min drive to city center."

"We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was plentiful and good. Spa, fitness room and pool/jacuzzi was very nice(would prefer longer hours in evening. Would recommend the front side of hotel if you go to bed on the early side as the back side was a little noisy because there is a restaurant or business."

"Beautiful room, wonderful breakfast, reasonable price to park in their lot on site. Hotel provided a complimentary bus pass, but we found it walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again. Only issue was that the shower door didn’t seal properly and we had to mop up the floor with towels "

"We prepaid for breakfast for 3 days but no-one actually checked that we had paid on any of the 3 days that we had breakfast. TV came on loudly each time we re-entered our room which was annoying. A great location for our stay in salzburg. Lots of useful tourist leaflets in foyer. Great to be able to leave our luggage pre check in."

"The Reception lady Eva is very friendly, patience, and helpful. She explains everything we need to know without needed us to ask. She makes us feel like coming home and so in love with Austrian politeness again! However, the gentlemen during our check-out process is the other way, a but arrogant, impatience when we clarify our balance payment. I only realised there’s no body wash when Im taking shower and had to call the receptionist to request one. But I was told to collect it from reception...
