The room was basic but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast buffet had a good variety and was good. There is on-site parking avaliable, but they don't offer in/out privileges, so if you need your car, it's cheaper to park at a garage a short walk away.

Room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Upon initial check in the gentlemen was not to pleasant and to be honest a bit rude, when I questioned him about staying an additional night, sure wish I got his name. On the flip side the next morning, there was another staff member (Sissi) which was extremely helpful on establishing a reservation for an additional night. There was another staff member (Irma) who also assisted. These 2 ladies deserve some type of recognition that each front desk employee should hold themselves to their standards of customer service and politeness.

Gut Gelingen!

The hotel is very conveniently located. It is very walkable into town and although it is located on a busy street the windows are soundproof. The breakfast was outstanding one of the best I’ve had. The bread was so fresh.
