"Took me 20 mins and calling the hotel from the front desk to get someone up there , and then they ended up giving us 3 different rooms because the key cards would not work , the last room they put us in didn’t even have a shower head . This was New Year’s Eve .. we were freezing outside waiting on them to let us in the rooms when the keys wouldn’t work , plus we ended up being late for our plans . The next morning the juice machine didn’t work .. food was ran out and was just an over all awful...

"Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. "
