"The staff were very helpful. Great location. Basic standard double/twin bed - you can request different pillows if you don’t like the feather pillows. Bathroom shower needs upkeep as there was mold/milldew throughout the corners and edges."

"Amazing hotel. We had a suite that overlooked the lake and city and had a spa tub on the balcony! It was well worth the extra price to wake up and see the sun highlighting the lake and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and train station. This was a great place to stay!!"

El personal es muy amable, fue muy sencillo hacer el check in y pedir que guardaran nuestro equipaje hasta la hora en que la habitación estuviera disponible. La habitación estaba limpia, agradable e incluso tenía un pequeño juego y libro para niños. El desayuno en el restaurante es muy bueno. Además de opciones variadas en el bufete, se ofrecen alternativas de platos con huevo cocinados al momento."

"It is located right next to Luzern Station. It is very convenient, as you have access to the grocery stores situated around the station. The boat landing is also nearby, making it easy to take a boat trip to visit Mount Rigi, and you can also reach Mount Pilatus quickly by train."

"Het was een prima kamer, niet heel bijzonder, maar voldoende. Het uitzicht vanuit het restaurant was zeer mooi. Het ontbijt was echter erg summier en hadden wij meer van verwacht, aangezien het in de avond een sterren-restaurant betreft."

"The bus stop and train station are each only steps from the hotel and you can get to Mt. Pilatus or Lucerne within minutes. The property was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent."
