"Pros: close to Centro, spacious, kitchen well equipped, A/C in bedroom area (that mostly cooled living room too), big balcony with view, pet friendly. Hostess was very responsive & helpful. Cons (not really cons, just things to CONsider): no check-in desk (it says hotel but it’s more like an Airbnb), 1/2 to 3 flights of stairs so if you have heavy luggage that might be an issue. Handrails only on 1 side of stairs."

When they saw me come back with bottled water, the next day there was a five gallon jug of water with a simple hand pump in our room, no extra charge. "Excellent location although no good parking. Communicate with your driver thru WhatsApp so that you’ll be ready to just hop in the car quick. I think most rooms only have single king beds so it might be an issue for some. No spa. Therapist/Masseuse will bring their own tables to your room. Staff in restaurant and Concierge were all excellent. Highly recommend!"

"Overall I cannot say enough positive things about this property. I would recommend to anyone visiting san Miguel that it is a wonderful place to stay.
