La situation de l hotel est absolument ideal
Les personnes a la reception sont toutes formidables, très compétentes, a votre écoute et personnalisent votre séjour
La chambre pour une personne choisie cette fois était un peu bruyante, pour moi trop sombre car étant au rez de chaussée sans visibilité extérieure, il faut le savoir avant de choisir cette option
Mais en règle générale j aime beaucoup cet hotel et y reviendrai

"I liked that the Hotel Lily was short walking distance to the main square, but was situated on a quiet street. The suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and they had several options to choose from. Staff was friendly and would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The property was charming, very clean, centrally, located with transportation outside the door and a few minutes walk to the Charles bridge. Most of all the staff was absolutely wonderful. I primarily interacted with Denny and Tina, and they were two of the most wonderful hotel staff members I have ever met. Highly recommend this place and my thanks again to the team! "

"Amazing stay! Michal was great and picked us up from the airport. We had a beautiful room with a view of the city and Prague Castle. Room had A/C, a dishwasher, stovetop, washing machine and a drying rack, and a shower and a tub! Close walking distance to absolutely everything. Cant recommend enough!"

" Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Shower wasn’t a walk-in shower and it was in a rather deep tub. Kind of scary getting in and out… no handrails or anything to hold onto. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of options. "

Meget venligt personale i ved check in/ud, der foregår i nabohotellets reception.
Morgenmaden er fantastisk og havde alt hvad vi havde brug for.
Dejlig tæt på offentlig transport som gør transport til lufthavnen og resten af byen nem. Hotellet ligger også centralt, og man kan derfor gå til det meste.
På trods af den centrale beliggenhed er der meget roligt på hotellet."
