"Stayed here many times and always pleasant. Lots of construction right now has temporarily cramped conditions and removed some amenities. Can’t wait for completion- hopefully everything is even better than before."

"I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks...

"From the first night of our 3-day stay, there was water all over the floor of the bathroom. I complained each day but because the hotel was sold out (indeed the town was sold out for graduations) they could not move us to another room. They said they didn't have a maintenance person available and that room has continuing problems. The best they offered was to give us towels! So, we had the pleasure of walking around on wet towels and bath floor the entire stay. When I was finally able to...

"This property is in terrible condition! Our first room was so dirty and we had to get a staff to bring scotch tape to hold the dresser drawers to stay shut. Lamp was broken! Staff was foreign and didn’t understand English very well at all! We ended up having staff move us to a different room that was a little better! Overall don’t stay there "

"Friendly staff. Room was clean Free Continental breakfast to start day was good. Convenient to the Notre Dame campus. Lights behind bed didn't work. Could use a bit of a refreshing. When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices."
