"On our return to the hotel this time we were greeted with a warm welcome from Wellington the night receptionist who depite our late arrival was very helpful. Stewart the Manager and the whole team went out of their way to make us feel at home with every need taken care of. We will look forward to our next visit."

"The car GPS wasn't very good but I managed to use the directions on my phone. The rooms are across the road from the actual hotel. The food was really tasty especially the Full English breakfast which was inclusive. The Accessible room was very comfortable& the wet room was great, just what I needed. Definitely recommend this place."

"Great communication as a self check in with a lock box, plenty of private parking next to the accommodation. Carlton Towers has a tea room within walking distance which was convenient. Room was big with everything we needed for 2 nights. Would recommend and stay again if back in the area."

"Lovely family run property with character. Large car park across the road £6.50 for 24 hrs (hotel has small carpark at back). Ideal walking distance for Racecourse and town centre."

"Excellent stay at the Briarcroft Hotel. We needed a place near the wedding venue we attended and this was right on the doorstep. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were very attentive when needed. The continental breakfast was very nice, orange juice, cereal, toast. Parking right outside the hotel. Everything we needed was right there including local shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this place again"

"Location is the main selling point. Although it’s near night life but still hard to beat. Very central. Feels dated though. Had a loose toilet seat in my bathroom and the bath was slightly discoloured? Air con was good. Light connected to the bed was a weird shade. Bed was comfy. Would use again for the convenience."
