"Check in was a struggle. Rooms were still being cleaned after 6pm. We arrived around 12:30pm knowing the earliest we could check in to our room is 4:00, we went to eat and when we got back we enjoyed the amenities. When I didn’t get a call by 4:30 I went to the front desk to learn the room was not ready. There were several others also waiting on rooms still at 5:00 so I went to the grocery store and when we got back around 6:00 thankfully our room was ready but others were still waiting. At this point one of the guys at the desk actually went out on property to find housekeeping and figure out what was going on. I heard the next morning that the other folks were finally able to get in their rooms around 7:00pm!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful, and most areas are clean, and well-maintained, but the service was very disappointing for a resort. The biggest issue was the front desk employee I believe was named Jessica. When we arrived, she did not greet us, acknowledge us, or even make eye contact while we stood waiting in front of her. We were left wondering if she was available to help until another employee, who was already busy assisting other guests, had to tell us that she could help us. Her attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming, which is not the first impression guests should receive at a resort. The resort also appeared to be understaffed. Service at the bar and restaurant was slow, the pool area often had dirty dishes and leftover food sitting around, and we were told there would be a 45-minute wait for lunch because only two servers were working, even though the restaurant was not very busy. Overall, the property is nice, but the service does not match the quality of the hotel. Management should address both the staffing issues and the lack of customer service at the front desk."

"Beautiful condo with amazing views! The restaurant had great food and drinks, and the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. One of the best features was being able to walk right out the back door and straight onto the beach. My family absolutely loved it. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and informative during check-in, but overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a beachfront getaway."

"This hotel reminded me of “old Florida”. The decorations were beachy and relaxed. The view of the beach was gorgeous. The staff was super friendly with getting us checked in early so we could make it to Rockville on time. They were very informative on transportation and food recommendations in the area."

"Checking in was really easy, and they even let us check in early. The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The swimming pool was clean and felt nice. The elevator was small but I liked the decor. The room could have used a bit bigger trash can and the can in the hallway was overflowing. The only thing I am not happy about is my $100 deposit was not refunded and I have not been able to get into contact with anyone. I have tried to call and message and nothing. It’s been almost 2 weeks since we left."
