"Such a fun hotel. Chic without being pretentious. Loved the room (so grateful for the water), and the restaurant/bar on the roof was great with amazing views of Tucson. The pool was beautiful, and the view of the Santa Catalina Mountains was awesome. The self parking option is KEY and so helpful. The proximity to U of A cannot be beat. Everything is walkable to restaurants and shopping, and the free bus/trolley to 4th is so helpful. The *only* things I felt needed attention are the bathroom floor needing a thorough cleaning, and the cleaning crew needs to take the "studying" (do not disturb) signs seriously as they opened our door regardless. Still, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Graduate!!"

"Great location and helpful staff. Good sized rooms with a handy outdoor seating area. Decent restaurant and bar on site plus other good options either in walking distance or by a 5 minute uber ride. Good location for getting to anywhere in the city and convenient for many of the attractions. Would recommend and will certainly stay here when we’re back in Tucson."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable and we slept well. Complimentary breakfast is ok. Coffee, packaged muffins, apples and banana and some yogurt. If you are expecting more, you need to go get your own breakfast. Grounds are in need of some serious landscaping and deferred maintenance , but over all, for the price and location, we would stay again for a quick visit to our student at U of A."

"The annemities were not available for two days of the stay. The front desk staff was argumentative. I felt horrible and not refreshed leaving the hotel."

"Breakfast, parking, or the internet is not included in the hotel price. No internet? Ridiculous!! Bottle of water was $4 in the room. Stay somewhere else, where they would offer water in the lobby with cucumber or lemon for God’s sake. "
