"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo. We stayed in the older, tudor part of the building (by request) and they were lovely and added to the experience of being in a historical town. Nicely decorated, lovely shower and bathroom, and fans and a portable aircon unit was waiting for us due to the heatwave. Nice amenities such as espresso machine in room, also there were bath robes but we didn't find them until it was too late, they were hidden in a bedside drawer!"

"The beds and feather pillows were amazingly soft and comfortable. The room had AC which was a huge plus because it had been so hot and hard to sleep at other hotels. The best sleep we’ve had on our trip so far. Loved the quaint town. "

"The location was perfect, and the hosts were very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to a pretty walking path where my daughter discovered a playground that she really loved. We are so happy we stayed at Avonpark House. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here for one night whilst visiting friends in the area. We booked a twin room. The room was very small but clean with a lovely en-suite shower room attached. the beds were very comfortable. We arrived early so while we waited for our room to be ready we ordered a BLT double toasted sandwich which we both shared, it was delicious. There was plenty of parking in the car park outside. "Very welcoming on arrival. Room was ideal for two of us , clean and comfortable. Receptionists was very informative about helpful when asking about local area for eating etc . Continental breakfast well worth the money quite a bit of variety ."

"Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. "
