"Linens had stains on them. The door handles to get into room and bathroom were damaged. Needed a shuttle for 2am and discovered upon arrival that service starts at 3am, which was not listed on the hotel description. "

"Call for the airport pick up 2 days before . To find out it was not needed and to call when I had my luggage, which I did (12pm)to be told I had to wait 1 hour to be picked. When I talk to the driver he told that he was not busy at that time and he didn’t know why he was not told to pick me up ."
