"Out of all the hotel options in Angeles and there’s a lot: I keep coming back to Best Western Metro Clark because of their exceptional staff and quality service.
It truly feels like a home away from home. Huge thanks to Floyd, Dan, Mae, Jackie, Kat, Clarence, Aron, and Chef Aaron for making breakfast such a joy—especially for making sure adobo was available!
Shoutout to Tomee and Martt for keeping the rooftop area so welcoming, and to the Cafe Sebastian crew for consistently great drinks.
I loved cooling off at the pool and appreciated Ricky for keeping it clean and inviting every day. A jacuzzi would be a great addition for colder days, but the pool is still beautiful. Front desk team Emman, Kyle, Emmett, and the ladies thank you for always accommodating me, especially with my room switch this time. The bell staff and security, including Kuya Reyes and Mike, are always helpful and professional. Housekeeping does a great job even during busy periods, and laundry service is reliable and quick. While a few rooms could use minor maintenance, my overall stay was excellent again!
The team here goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for.

"Very nice hotel!! Booked on Expedia for $105 for one night awaiting a Clark to Bangkok flight. Took Joy Bus from Baguio and walked an easy 6 minutes to the hotel with luggage from Genesis/Joy Bus drop off pint in front of SM Clark.
Room was just the right size for two people, well appointed with coffee, high end towels and linens, quiet, great WiFi and perfect shower with faucets on the correct side of the wall so you can turn on without getting wet.
Basically connected to SM Clark so shipping, groceries and restaurants are very, very close by. Perfect location.
Included breakfast buffet was excellent!! Great choice of western and Asian food. Very enjoyable.
Check-in was at 3pm, but I checked in at 2:00pm and my room was ready with a smile. Thank you Park Inn!
The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to Clark International Airport, so perfect for catching a flight or returning home. All in all, a highly recommended hotel."
